Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Recruiter call

Initial call with the Talent Partner to chat through the role, your motivations, experience and questions.  
Stage 2

1st Interview

A 30 minute remote interview with the hiring manager to discuss the role in more detail and a deep dive into your experience. 
Stage 3

Presentation Interview

A 45 minute presentation interview, where you will run a few team members through your pre-prepared presentation slides. 
Stage 4

Final Interview with the CEO

A 30 minute in-person interview with the CEO and an office tour with team members.
