“I joined RVU in September 2023, fresh off completing my master’s program, and what a year it’s been! Jumping headfirst into digital marketing at Uswitch I deep dived into organic search as part of the SEO team. Then, I shifted gears to Money.co.uk as a product analyst, where I sharpened my analytical edge. An essential skill to have for digital marketing and beyond! Now, I’m at Confused.com, immersed in the fast-paced world of paid search. Here, it’s all about mastering the insurance landscape and truly understanding what our customers need so we can empower them to make confident, informed choices! The scheme is perfect for you if you are down to earth, have a growth mindset, and want to be surrounded by absolutely smart and good people. I can't wait to meet you all!”

Why choose the RVU Graduate Scheme?

Learning, development & growth

Each day, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate and learn from exceptional individuals, complemented by two days a week spent working in the office for valuable in-person interactions. Your team, managers and mentors will support you every step of the way to make sure you feel empowered to make decisions and build a career you are proud of.   Furthermore, a wealth of online resources will be at your disposal, meticulously curated to support your continuous knowledge expansion.

Make an impact outside of your day-to-day role

We believe in leaving the woodpile higher. Each year colleagues from around our businesses organise initiatives like RVUni and Code F in partnership with SEO London. RVUni is a Marketing and Analytics program for year 11 and 12 students from local schools.

CodeF is a coding boot camp aimed at empowering female university students by teaching them coding skills, guiding them in building their own websites and breaking down the barriers surrounding coding and technology.

Our graduates play a pivotal role in the success of these initiatives - if you join RVU, this could be your chance to make a difference too!

Responsibility, autonomy & opportunity

Throughout the scheme you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership and make autonomous decisions that have a true impact on the business and our customers. Whether that is managing spend on paid search campaigns, executing email marketing campaigns for millions of customers or delivering product tests that drive incremental profit in the thousands.
“As an RVU graduate, I’ve had the opportunity to showcase my skills and gain valuable exposure right from the beginning. From the early days, I was given the chance to get involved in high-impact projects that have been meaningful and challenging—exactly what I asked for when joining. It’s been a great experience to work on projects that provide value, while expanding my knowledge across various areas of the business. As well as my personal and professional development, I’ve made some life-long friends along the way. There is a supportive and close relationship amongst the graduates at RVU and I'm excited to see how this will grow in the future.”
