During this 30-minute Zoom call, you'll discuss your experience and career ambitions, while our team provides realistic expectations of the role and insights into our Tech department.

Stage 2

Technical Paring Interview

This stage is our Technical Pairing Interview, where you'd be asked to build a solution with 3 engineers over Zoom.

Stage 3

Technical Q&A

In this stage, you'll meet with 3 engineers to deep-dive into one of your chosen projects. We will specifically focus on delivery experience and technical expertise.

Stage 4

Final Interview in-person

You'll get the opportunity to come to our Cardiff office to meet with our CEO, Steven Dukes. You'll also briefly tour our offices and meet the team.
