Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Recruiter phone call

20 minute phone call with the Talent Partner to chat through the role, your motivations, experience and questions.  
Stage 2

Hiring Manager video interview

30 minute video interview with the hiring manager to explore the alignment between us as a company, this role and your experience. This is fully conversation based so no need to prepare any slides or visuals. 
Stage 3

In-depth interview

This interview is where we dig deeper into the role and skills fit. 
  • 60 minute presentation and competency interview.
    For this we ask that you prepare a few slides around one of your relevant previous projects and walk the team through it in a case study format. We will be sharing a presentation brief and behavioural guide beforehand to help you prepare. 
  • 30 minute whiteboard ideation session. 
    The problem statement will be shared in the interview so no need to prepare anything for this. We will be looking to assess your design thinking and problem solving process so the scenario is not specific to our industry. 
Stage 4

Final Interview with Adam Craddock

60 minutes total: (2 x 30 minutes interviews) with relevant senior stakeholders. 

Stage 5

Final Interview with Marc Pell

60 minutes total: (2 x 30 minutes interviews) with relevant senior stakeholders.
