Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Recruiter phone call

20 minute phone call with the Talent Partner to chat through the role, your motivations, experience and questions.  
Stage 2

Hiring Manager Interview (video)

30 minute video interview exploring the role fit. 
Stage 3

Competency Interview (in-person)

60 minute in-person interview, consisting of a 10 minute presentation of pre-prepared task and relevant competency questions from the panel.
Stage 4

SLT Interviews (video)

2 x 30 minute video interviews, one with a relevant senior stakeholder in the company. These interviews are conversation / questions based and sometimes set up separately depending on calendars and availability.
