Hiring Manager Interview (video)
30 minute video interview exploring the role fit.
- Stage 3
Competency Interview (in-person)
90 minute in-person interview:
- 30 minute presentation of pre-prepared task + questions from the panel
- 60 minute competency questions
- 30 minute presentation of pre-prepared task + questions from the panel
- 60 minute competency questions
- Stage 4
SLT Interviews (video)
2 x 30 minute video interviews, one with a relevant senior stakeholder in the company. These interviews are conversation / questions based.
